  • Advertiser list to be approved by HOA prior to development of Newsletter.
  • Advertisers obtained by Impact Productions.
  • Advertiser revenue reserved by Impact Productions (40% ratio).
  • NOTE: If the newsletters are more than 3,500 the rate will be up to 45%.

  • 8 pages of COLOR
  • Delilvered to more than 3,500 homes
  • 200 extra newsletters to distribute around the area (i.e. library, sales office, local stores, etc.)
Process
 
  1. HOA manager discussion of proposal with HOA board prior to arrival of Impact Productions.
  2. To schedule a meeting, contact Veronica at 817-337-7333, email to nocostnewsletters@impactpro.biz, or mail a request to Impact Productions, 5751 Kroger Drive, Suite 240, Keller, TX 76248-5532.
  3. One year contract signed, before Impact Productions can start process.
  4. Articles are obtained by ONE main contact from the HOA manager or committee member.
  5. HOA must review content before sending to the Impact Productions.
  6. HOA must send articles to a personal email account created for YOUR HOA Newsletter.
  7. Newsletter will be complete at least 12-15 days before publication is received by homeowners.
  8. Up to two rounds of revisions are done with the main contact/manager.
  9. A final review and release is always in writing before the newsletter is released to print.
  10. Filler articles are readily available (landscaping, local ISD, and city information, etc).
  11. Final issue provided as needed to HOA website for upload.
Sample Timeline
 
March 20 Impact Productions to receive articles in ONE Word® document, pictures in separate files.
  • Articles MUST be reviewed for grammar, spelling and accuracy BEFORE they are turned in for layout.
  • Please state importance of page sequence – example: all manager articles on page ONE.
March 24   Impact Productions to send layout of newsletter to manager for review.

March 26   Manager to send Impact Productions changes via email.
Example: Page 14, line 6 change wording to: ...

March 27   Impact Productions will return with changes and ask for final review.

March 28   Final changes – and returned in same day.
Must have sign off by end of the day on the 28th.
